Assessment of the technical condition of a house before purchase from the secondary market Inspection of the following elements of the building:

You will receive a report from each inspection within 7 days, detailing the defects, containing photos, and indicating components that require repair. Clients often ask for a quote for necessary repairs to various building elements, which is also part of my offer.

By verifying the building before purchase, you will also receive information on the technical documentation of the building – I inspect it for completeness.
