It has been a pleasure working with Piotr. Not only did he agree to come the following day after a phone call to inspect the house; he also personally drove a wood sample to the other end of town for a mycological examination. We heartily recommend this engineer. After inquiring him about an apartment acceptance, we received a lot of factual information and advice during the consultation on how to deal with the resulting defects. Piotr also supported us during the second technical inspection, where, despite the developer's dissatisfaction and ignorance towards him, he kept a cool head and passed on technical knowledge to the developer and us, while hinting at how the developer could quickly and correctly fix the reported defects.
