I hold a license No. MAZ/0493/OWOK/11 to direct construction works without limitation in the structural and building specialty. I work on the below mentioned projects. I keep a construction log and prepare the necessary documents during the project.

Construction of a single-family house

During the construction of a single-family residential building, I supervise all the key stages of the works, including:

Correct reinforcement of the footings or foundation slab
Correct construction of foundation walls, including wall insulation
Correct placement of underfloor drains
Correct soil compaction for concrete on the ground inside the building
Correct location of external and internal walls
Location of chimneys
Method of reinforcement of lintels and tie beams
Correct construction of reinforced concrete columns on the first floor
Correct placement of reinforcement in reinforced concrete ceiling
Correct placement of ceiling blocks

Reinforcement of reinforced concrete stairs
Correct execution and height of knee walls
Correct installation of wall plate anchors in the ring beam
Correct execution of reinforced concrete cores in upper floor walls
Correct execution of roof trusses
Correct execution of partition walls on upper floors
Correct execution of roof covering
Correct execution of attic thermal insulation
Correct installation of windows and entrance doors

All site visits are recorded in the construction log. From each site visit, I send the Investor an email report of the visit detailing what was verified, along with photos.
