Monument supervision

I hold a construction license to work on registered monuments. I am an Investor’s Supervision Inspector for the civil engineering industry. I provide services for private clients, housing communities, public institutions, private companies, as well as construction companies. I hold a license No. MAZ/0493/OWOK/11 to direct construction works without limitation in the structural and building specialty.

I serve as Construction Manager and Investor’s Supervision Inspector for structures listed in the register of monuments.

Who do I work for?

I work for housing communities, construction contractors, architectural firms and private clients. I have several years of experience working with monuments gained under the guidance of experienced Investor’s Supervision Inspectors.
I work on facilities such as:

    • Multi-family residential buildings
    • Tenements
    • Flats and apartments

Scope of activities

I work for housing communities as an Investor’s Supervision Inspector on facade renovations, roof repairs, waterproofing, renovation of staircases.

I also work with contractors carrying out work on monuments as Construction Manager.

Within the apartments under conservation care, I supervise renovation and construction works for private investors and public institutions.
