I carry out acceptance of apartments in Warsaw and the surrounding areas. I hold a license No. MAZ/0493/OWOK/11 to direct construction works without limitation in the structural and building specialty, as well as a valid third-party liability insurance. I can help verify an apartment of any size. The price of the service depends on the location and size of the apartment and is determined individually. I use tools dedicated to the acceptance of apartments, including high-end measuring tools, such as an inspection camera and a moisture meter.
When accepting apartments, I inspect the following:
Verticality and horizontality deviations of plasters
Flatness deviations of plasters
Angle of convergence between wall planes
Correctness and size of interior door openings
Installation of the entrance door
Points of the electrical system, i.e., whether all the sockets and switches have been executed (in accordance with the design) and whether there is voltage in the system in each place
Plumbing
Measurement of the area of the premises – for consistency with the developer's declaration
Flatness of floors and their compliance with standard requirements
Grading of balcony and terrace surfaces
Balcony and terrace railings
Interior and exterior window sills and glass scratches
I verify the installation of windows and balcony doors
Measurements with a plaster moisture meter and examination with a Flir thermal imaging camera
I verify ventilation ducts with an inspection camera
I verify room heights
Why is the service worthwhile?
With the technical acceptance of the dwelling by an authorized building inspector, you will avoid additional costs associated with the removal of defects. Defects and irregularities are listed in an acceptance certificate signed by the buyer and a representative of the developer and often an inspector from the buyer’s side.
Usually, the developer undertakes to remove defects within a certain period of time.
From each inspection you receive a report summarizing the inspection to the email address provided.
